Scott Lim

Scott graduated from the University of Sydney in 2021 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Passionate about his development as a physiotherapist, he is set on a path to become a titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with the Australian Physiotherapy Association as he pursues his Master of Sports Medicine with the University of Melbourne. 


He continued his professional development by completing his Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy Certificate, ASCA Level 1 Certificate in Strength and Conditioning, APPI Matwork Level 1 Certificate, and Dry Needling


Scott gained experience in various sporting codes throughout his career. In his previous role, he was the Head Physiotherapist for the Balmain Tigers AFL Club. Scott has strong ties with the NSW Men’s Netball Open A’s and, when called upon, takes on the role of their Physiotherapist during the AMMNA Netball Championships


Scott gained a particular interest in knee and ankle injuries in his time working with the sporting teams he supported. In his previous role, Scott worked alongside other physiotherapists with a special interest in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunctions building his interest in it. Scott believes in incorporating his clinical knowledge, research evidence, and his patient's values to provide a management plan unique to the individual. 


Outside of the clinic, Scott enjoys watching various sports but mainly NRL, Formula One, NFL, and Soccer. He spends his spare time exercising or enjoying a coffee by the beach before he starts his day.
